From a single team run to thousands of promotional caps, Doree embroiders headwear at scale. With close to 150 embroidery heads under one Brisbane roof, we turn around bulk cap and headwear orders quickly and keep the logo identical across the whole run.

Curved-front caps aren't decorated like flat garments — they need specialised cap frames to stitch cleanly around the curve, which we run as standard. Your logo is digitised in-house and stored on file, so front, side or back placements come back the same on every reorder, whether it's for a team, an event, a promo campaign or a staff uniform.

3D puff embroidery for logos on caps
Want your logo to stand out? 3D puff embroidery lifts the design off the cap for a bold, dimensional finish.
It works by stitching over a layer of foam, which raises bold lettering and simple, chunky logos into relief — the look you see on premium snapbacks and structured sports caps. It adds real impact and a high-end feel, and it's especially effective on the front panel of a structured cap. Very fine detail and thin lines don't suit puff as well, so we'll advise on what will translate and, where needed, combine flat and 3D elements in the one design. We produce both standard flat embroidery and 3D puff in-house.

You don't have to source caps separately before you decorate them.
Through our partner brand HatsOnline, we can supply blank headwear in a wide range of styles, colours and price points — so you get the blanks and the embroidery from one point of contact, rather than buying caps somewhere and shipping them to a decorator. Prefer to use your own stock? That's fine too: send us caps you've already bought or hold, and we decorate what arrives. Either way, once your logo is set up with us, reordering more of the same cap and logo is quick and consistent.

What is 3D puff embroidery and is it suitable for caps?
3D puff embroidery stitches your design over a layer of foam so it stands raised off the cap, giving a bold, dimensional finish. It's very well suited to caps — especially structured and snapback styles — and works best with bold lettering and simple, chunky logos. Very fine or thin detail doesn't lift as cleanly, so we'll advise whether your logo suits puff, flat embroidery, or a combination.
Can you supply blank caps as well as decorate them?
Yes. Through our partner brand HatsOnline we can supply blank headwear in a wide range of styles and colours, so you get the caps and the embroidery from one place. You're also welcome to supply your own stock or send caps you already hold — we decorate what you provide.
What is the minimum order for cap embroidery?
We handle everything from small team runs to bulk promotional orders. Larger quantities are the most cost-effective because setup is spread across more pieces, but there's flexibility for smaller runs — tell us how many you need and we'll quote on the actual quantity. Your setup is stored, so reorders are easy.
