A DTG print on a white or light garment feels smooth and soft, almost imperceptible. Instead of sitting on top, the ink pigments bond deeply into the fabric. On dark garments, however, the print is slightly raised due to the white under base,giving it the appearance of a screen print.
DTG prints are NOT as long-lasting as screen prints and require more care when washing.DTG printing involves directly digitally printing the image on the garment fabric. Much like how an ink jet printer prints on paper. When compared to traditional screen printing, the DTG process allows us to print full-color images without all of the setups, making it a faster processfor smaller runs.
